As a thank you to our regular customers for your loyalty and trust, we've created a Rewards program just for you. ​To qualify and maintain your VIP status, you must "visit" at least once every 6 weeks.

Here’s what you get as a VIP:
Rewards points- You’ll earn 1 point for every dollar you spend! Points are redeemable at checkout for $5 and $10 coupons. Similar to the Frequent Flyer Discount, these points must be redeemed within 6 weeks. In contrast to the Frequent Flyer Discount, you can use these coupons on ANY of our products and services. This includes grooming services, pet supplies, doggy daycare, etc.
Food stocking service- We believe in bridging the gap between pet owners and quality pet care. That is why we are committed to making premium care accessible and affordable. Navigating the world of pet food can be overwhelming, with countless options and conflicting information. Book a complimentary phone-call consultation with our Certified Canine Nutrition Representative. We will help you create a diet that fits your budget and lifestyle, taking into consideration your dog's age, weight, activity level, and any allergies or sensitivities. Once we've created the perfect diet plan for your furry family member, we will ensure their food is in stock and ready for you at their next visit!

Birthday freebies- A complementary birthday present on your pets birthday month! Just let us know their favorite types of toys, treats or chews!
Appointment booking service- About 4-5 weeks after your previous appointment, we will reach out via phone call, text or email (whatever you prefer) to schedule your pet’s next appointment! That way you don’t have to worry about booking an appointment 6 weeks in advance OR losing your benefits.

Qualifications must be met, and benefits are applied to each individual pet. You can enroll all your pets, or just one- whatever works for you!
