Our grooming team is dedicated to ensuring that every pet receives personalized care and attention during their grooming session. We understand that every animal is different and we take the time to listen to your preferences and concerns to ensure your pet receives the best possible care. Every pet is set up with a profile in our facility software system. This allows us to keep track of previous services, health, skin or behavior problems and special grooming instructions.

Bath & Brushout- Includes a bath, blow-dry, brush-out nail clip and ear cleaning

Mini Groom- Ideal for maintenance in between full grooming. Includes bath, blow-dry, brushout, nail clip, ear cleaning and trimming of the face, feet, ears, eyes and privates.

Weekly Medicated Baths
Our weekly medicated bath service is designed for pets who require regular treatments to manage various skin conditions. For the convenience of our customers, we offer this service at a discounted rate.
​
Pet parent must provide medicated shampoo (usually vet prescribed), and the groomer will bathe your pet as directed on the instruction label.
​
A weekly schedule is required to maintain the discounted rate.
​
Service does NOT include nail clipping, ear cleaning, hair trimming or extensive brushing (de-shedding or de-matting). If you would like these additional services, the appointment must be upgraded to one of the regular grooming packages.

A La Carte Services
Our A La Carte grooming services are available by appointment only. These appointments are scheduled in 15-miniute increments but will be accepted anytime within the one hour window. Meaning, your appointment time does not need to be exact, you are able to show up anytime within that hour.

Monday- Saturday we offer appointments between 10:00am- 11:00am or between 3:00pm- 4:00pm. Tuesdays and Thursdays we also offer a later slot between 6:00pm- 7:00pm.

The base price for any a la carte service is $10, each additional service is $5. The price of brushouts or any miscellaneous trimming will vary at the groomer's discretion.

Additional services such as gland expression, ear hair plucking, teeth brushing, and nail buffing are available at no extra cost when added to any of our regular grooming packages. This allows our grooming team the ability to take the extra step needed to provide personalized care without tacking on unnecessary upcharges.

How often should I get my dog groomed?
Ideal grooming schedule varies depending on coat type, lifestyle, haircut length and at home maintenance. Most commonly we like to see our furry friends every 4-6 week whether it's for a full groom or maintenance bath and tidy. This allows for proper maintenance of the skin, coat, ears and nails.

Do my dog's anal glands need to be expressed?
MOST dogs have the muscle mass needed to express them on their own when you go to the bathroom. Older or heavier dogs may lack the ability to do so and will need to have them done professionally. Scooting or licking at their "rear" may be a sign that they are full and causing discomfort.

Does my pet need to be vaccinated to get groomed?
Yes, we require proof of up to date Rabies, Bordatella and DHLPP vaccines for dog grooming services.
